Tap Dance Kid

There was a young girl named Daisy that always dreamed of being a famous dancer.  Daisy was 8 years old.  After begging her mother for lessons her mother finally  signed her up for lessons.  Daisy was so excited about dancing.  She preferred tap to ballet even though she studied both.  Shuffling and sliding her tap shoes across the floor was soo much fun. Daisy always put so much energy in her movements.

There was just one problem. None of her best friends took dancing lessons.  When she talked to them about her lessons they never seemed interested.  So, Daisy had friends in dance class and friends in her neighborhood.  She had known her neighborhood friends all her life.

Her friend Mary from the neighborhood was having a sleepover on Saturday night. Her was given tickets to see Tap Dance Kid. They tickets had to be used for Saturday's show.  She did not want to hurt Mary's feeling by not showing up for her sleepover.  She decided she was too young to make this decision alone.
